Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Just a school email.
Are Basic and Pro for one classroom only?
Yes, 1 teacher / 1 class / 35 students. If you plan on using Schoolbeat school-wide, reach out to our sales team at sales@schoolbeat.io, or request a school quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For orders meeting a minimum we also accept bank transfers.
What is your refund policy?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know within 30 days and we will be happy to issue you a full refund.
What happens if I cancel?
You are free to cancel at any time. When you do, your current plan lasts until the end of your billing cycle, unless you choose to downgrade immediately.
