Districts with 5+ sites automatically qualify for multi-site discounts, and 20+ sites unlock enterprise-tier pricing with rate lock options. Can we do a phased rollout across two school years?
Yes. We regularly work with districts that start with a pilot cohort in year one and expand district-wide in year two. Multi-year rate lock keeps your per-school price consistent as you scale.
What does implementation look like for a multi-site district?
Every multi-site engagement starts with a scope and sequence built around your district's calendar and priorities. From there: dedicated rollout support, rostering and SSO integration, teacher onboarding, and first-lesson-in-30-days targets.
How do you handle rostering and data privacy at the district level?
Schoolbeat integrates with Clever, ClassLink, Google, and Microsoft for automated rostering, so student lists stay in sync with your SIS. We are COPPA and FERPA compliant, and we sign district DPAs routinely. Ask our team for the DPA template and full privacy overview.
How quickly can we be live before the school year starts?
