Q&A
Can I pay with a purchase order?
Yes. We accept purchase orders if you are buying a Pro licence or multiple Classroom licences. Contact our team at sales@schoolbeat.io.
What happens when the trial ends?
You keep the daily wellness check-in with 7-day history. The video library and the activities stop. Nothing is deleted, so picking a plan later turns it back on with your class still in place.
What is a theme?
A group of video lessons on one topic, for example Anxiety or conflict resolution. Every theme has a minimum of 4 videos. Classroom opens one theme a month and you keep it. Pro has no limit.
Can I move from Classroom to Pro mid-year?
Yes. You pay the difference for the months remaining and the full library opens the same day.
My school might buy this. Should I still get a licence?
Yes. Tell us when you request the quote. Classroom licences already paid for at your school are credited against the school agreement.
How is a school priced?
Per student or building, not per teacher, so adding staff does not change the price. A four-week pilot comes first.
